Josh is a retired K9 Sergeant from the State of Florida with over 20 years of service, specializing in tracking and real-world application training. What started as a career became a passion that never left him — and now continues here at home. Krissy is a former cosmetologist and salon owner who built her own business from the ground up. Today, she shares the journey — capturing the work, the dogs, and the life behind it. We’ve been together for 26 years and married for 24. We have two sons, both married, and we’re getting ready to welcome our first grandbaby. He grew up with our boys and was there for every chapter of our lives. 🐾 Duke (Rescue Hound Mix) With us for a short time, but changed everything. Blind, sick, but still chose trust and lived his days safe and loved. 🐾 Lexi (Chihuahua) Fourteen years of sass, loyalty, and love. Losing her felt like losing a child. 🐾 Lily (Chihuahua mix) Fourteen years old. 6 pounds. Doesn’t train… but runs the house. She doesn’t guard the fence — she guards the rules. 🐾 Faith (Rottweiler) Came as a foster and never left. Steady, grounded, and leads without force. 🐾 Rebel (Bloodhound) Independent and vocal. She sets the boundaries and holds them. 🐾 Whiskey (Bloodhound) The first after retirement. Proof that purpose never ends. 🐾 Hardy (Dachshund) The first dachshund. He didn’t fix anything — he just softened it. 🐾 Jackson (Bloodhound) Driven, curious, and a big goofy boy. Always pushing limits and growing. 🐾 Molly (Bloodhound) Steady and grounding. The tether that brings balance… and loves her sticks. 🐾 Pepper (Double Dapple Dachshund – Special Needs) Quiet, intentional, and our comedic relief. 🐾 Stevie (Double Dapple Dachshund – Blind) Small, fearless, and completely respected by every dog in the pack. 🐾 Bucky (Dachshund) The soft place. Gentle, loving… and always on lizard patrol. 🐾 The Heart of It All Each dog has a role. Some bring structure. Some bring chaos. Some bring comfort. But together… they make this whole thing work.
