Lawncare FAQ
We strive to accommodate new clients as quickly as possible. For weekly and bi-weekly services, we can often add you to our schedule within one to two weeks, depending on our current route density and your location. To get a more specific start date, please contact us for a free estimate and we can discuss scheduling options tailored to your needs.
• All invoices are sent electronically (e-invoices) to the billing email address on file.
• Electronic invoices are processed securely through our payment gateway, Lawn Buddy.
• Each invoice contains a 'Pay Now' link for easy, immediate online payment.
• You will receive payment confirmation via email once the transaction is complete.
